The application and approval rates of local cooperation projects in 2023 of our university achieved excellent results again

   Recently, the China Scholarship Council announced the approval results of the "2023 Local Cooperation Project". This year, our university has declared 11 projects and approved 6 projects (the list is attached), with a project approval rate of 54.5%. Due to three teachers being approved for the 2023 National Senior Research Scholar, Visiting Scholar, and Postdoctoral Program during the evaluation process, the system automatically invalidated local project applications. Therefore, a total of 9 applications have been  successfully approved. The number of declarations and project approval rate are in the forefront of provincial universities.

     In order to further accelerate the cultivation of urgently needed and high-level talents in local areas, and support the development of local economy, society, education, and scientific research, The China Scholarship Council has established local cooperation projects with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school party committee and administration attach great importance to the declaration work of this project. With the active cooperation and efforts of schools and teaching and research staff, the International Department takes the goal of building a high-level university with international influence as the guide, increases the publicity and organizational strength of project application, completes the formal review of application materials, and organizes experts on campus to review and modify the applicant's plan for research, ensuring the quality of the application form and improving project approval rate.
