国际学院介绍

Brief Introduction

南华大学国际学院于2013年2月28日正式成立，2021年11月与国际交流处/港澳台办公室合署办公。国际学院定位为管理性学院，下设办公室、教务室、招生室和学工室4个科室。

The International College of South China University was officially established on February 28, 2013 and merged with the International Department/ Office of Hongkong, Macao & Taiwan Affairs in November 2021. the International College of USC consists of four depts., namely General Affairs Office, Teaching Affairs Office, Admissions Office and Students Affairs Office.

多年来，学院教职工秉承“培养对中国的政治、经济、文化和社会有一定了解，具备扎实的专业基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，具有国际视野，面向未来的复合创新型高级专门人才”的人才培养目标，坚持“趋同管理”和“柔性管理”相结合，以实际行动抓管理、提效益、努力打造“留学南华”品牌。

10 years on, complying with the talents cultivation goal of Cultivating versatile and innovative senior professional personnel with certain understanding of Chinese politics, economy, culture and society, bearing solid professional theories, basic knowledge and skills, possessing international view and facing the future, the International College sticks to the combination of Convergent Management and Soft Management, endeavors to build a Study in USC brand with pragmatic action on perfecting administration and improving effects.

为配合学校“十四五”规划，服务提升学校国际化办学水平，学院已进入加速发展时期。当前在校留学生人数达到462人，层次为本科、硕士研究生和博士研究生，遍布9大一级学科17个专业。

In coordination with the university's "14th Five Year Plan" and lifting the level of internationalization, the college has entered a period of accelerated development. The current number of international students has reached 462, with levels of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, covering 9 major disciplines and 17 majors.
