In order to promote our school's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students to enhance their understanding of traditional Chinese culture, strengthen the sense of national pride, and improve the cultural and national identity of students. On 10 May 2021, the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs carried out a students' national education on-site experiential activities, and the teachers led the Taiwanese students to visit the Former Residence of Tseng Kuo-fan for thematic visits and learning activities. The students were impressed by the exquisite and practical architectural features and the deep and colourful cultural heritage of the former residence of Zeng Guofan, Fuhou Hall.
Through this experience, the students thought that Hunan culture is profound and profound, Chinese culture has a long history, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have the same language and the same race, and cultural exchanges are inextricably linked; Taiwanese students also said that they must be good cultural messengers, so that more Taiwanese compatriots understand and pass on the essence of Chinese culture!
