Notice for International Student Registration of Autumn Semester 2021

Incumbent international students should register from September 3 to September 5, and freshmen registration starts from September 5th. Current students will start formal classes on September 6th, and newly-admitted students will start formal classes on October 11th. The registration adopts online and offline methods, and the specific steps are described below. Those who cannot register on time for a personal reason, should go through the formalities of asking for leave in "我在校园".If you fail to register within the first two weeks of the new semester, you will be considered as automatic withdrawal..

1.Registration Method

(1) Online Registration

Students who are temporarily unable to enter China or do not meet the epidemic prevention requirements adopt online registration methods. Please fill in the registration questionnaire before September 6 to accomplish online registration and enrollment. All incumbentstudents please scan the QR code below or log in to the website and fill in the information to complete the online registration before September 6.

(2) Offline Registration

The place of registration is Room 205, international college of USC.

1) Incumbentinternational students should register with passport and Student card.

2) Newly-admitted international students should register with :

the JW202 form ;

the Admission Notice of USC;

Medical Examination Form;

the Valid Passport.

Students who are inside China and meet the epidemic prevention requirements should register with the updated green "health code", "travel card", and enter the school after the temperature check. Students with abnormal body temperature should follow the University of South China COVID-19 Emergency Management Procedures.

2. Payment

(1)Students who are outside China

3. Students who need postpone returning to school

After registering, students who fall into one of the following situations can postpone their return to school according to school regulations. Students who postpone returning to school need to submit a leaving application to the teacher of the office of international student affairs of the international college in the daily management column of "我在校园". After the application has been approved by teachers, they can come back to school for delay. The students returning to school late without getting approval will be deemed as absenteeism. The specific time for returning to school will be notified by the college, and the teaching and examination arrangements will be notified separately by the office of teaching affairs of the international college.

(1) Currently living abroad or have a history of living abroad within 28 days before entering the school;

(2) Have a history of traveling to or living in medium - high risk areas within 14 days before entering the school;

(3)COVID-19 has been confirmed or suspected, or being an asymptomatic infected person;

(4) Have been in close contact with confirmed or suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons, or have been in close contact with confirmed or suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons 14 days before entering the school;

(5) Being with fever, cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms when returning to school;

(6) With yellow or red Health Code or Travel Card before entering the school;

(7) Meeting with other situations that the local government requires to postpone returning to school for epidemic prevention and control.
