The 30 medical workers from the first affiliated hospital of the University dispatched to Hubei for the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic came back to Hengyang on March 17. Mr. Gao Shan, Party secretary of USC Committee, with other University's leaders welcomed the medical team at the railway station platform and paid tribute and greeting to the heroes in harm's way.
The team, with Prof. Jiang Zhisheng, vice president of the University as chef de mission, has worked in Hubei since Feb. 15.
