To whom it may concern，
According to the records, it has been at least 1 year since you left school without applying for leave. According to the Article 25 of the Provisions on the Status Management of International students (Graduate Students) of University of South China (school document [2018] No. 19), “if he or she, without asking for leave, has been absent from the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks” or "if he or she fails to register and go through the procedure of deferring registration within the time limit set by the school and without good reasons" shall be expelled.
If you have any objections you are required to respond on or before 12th July 2021, otherwise you will be deemed as awareness and agreed to be expelled from the school automatically.
